Travel can be unpredictable, and we understand that may mean arriving outside of your reservation hour. Please do your best to arrive during that time to help limit traffic surges and long lines; however, there is no penalty for missing your arrival hour window. Everyone will be checked in as timely as possible. Please note that fewer resources are available for those who arrive after 4 p.m. Tuesday–Wednesday, or outside of these official Move In days.
