Apartment applications for the next lease term become available in February and remain open throughout the academic year. 

Assignment priority is determined by application date, preferences, and space availability based on the applicant’s preferred move-in date. Notification of assignment is made by email approximately 4-8 weeks before the desired move-in date, or earlier if we become aware of available space.

Priority is given to CSU students and then to post-doctoral fellows, visiting scholars, faculty, and staff applications. Information regarding an apartment assignment will be sent to your official CSU email address.
