The Operations Assistant (OA) is a student staff position responsible for serving students living in the residence halls both individually and in groups. The OA’s primary role is to support residents’ daily needs and promote the community’s social and safety needs. To provide this support, OAs serve hours at the community desks and within the community spaces, providing evening and overnight response to residents’ needs. They also address behavioral, safety, or facilities concerns that may occur.
