Village
Aggie Village, which opened in 2016, is home to individual students continuing undergraduates, transfer, and graduate students. Aggie Village residents benefit from the convenient location, fully-furnished apartments, all-inclusive rates, individual contracts, study rooms, and staff support and community programs.
Aggie Village Rates and Contracts
All Aggie Village buildings offer a 9-month contract option, mid-August to mid-May, billed at the start of each semester instead of monthly. Fall housing charges will be billed in late July, Spring housing charges will be in early January, and Summer Housing charges will be billed in early May.
Current residents in Aggie Village Cottonwood & Walnut have the option to remain in their apartments during the summer. Summer housing is not available in Aggie Village Lodgepole.
