Incoming residents may submit an Early Arrival Request on the Housing Portal. Residents may request an early arrival date up to 2 weeks prior to the check-in date outlined in the original apartment assignment offer and lease agreement. Requests are subject to review and not all requests can be approved- residents are encouraged to submit an early arrival request as soon as possible. If approved for an early arrival, you will be responsible for additional rent charged to your CSU student account. If you wish to cancel your early arrival request, you must contact us via email at housing@colostate.edu. Residents who arrive early without pre-approval will be required to find off-campus accommodation at their own expense.
