Yes, residents can request an apartment transfer on the Housing Portal between September and April. Requests can only be made after a resident has checked in to their apartment. Requests will be considered in the order they are received, and apartment transfers are offered based on availability. Please note that some apartment types (such as studios and 1-bedrooms) are extremely limited and rarely become available. Apartment transfers are not guaranteed and typically only approved between mid-September and mid-April each term. If you accept an apartment transfer offer, a $150 transfer fee will be charged to your student account.
