RamCash Express Card Orders

RamCash Express cards allow non-RamCard holders to utilize RamCash to pay for goods and services on campus! RamCash Express cards are useful for campus visitors, conference/event guests, and for use as tokens of appreciation for CSU community members and guests.

CSU Departments that wish to purchase RamCash Express cards may do so by:

  1. Completing the CSU Department RamCash Form and emailing it to ramcard@colostate.edu.
  2. Creating an Internal Order (IO) in the Kuali Financial System to the internal supplier “RamCard”. Please also include your completed Department RamCash Form in the Notes and Attachments of the IO.

Completion of card production and the related administrative preparation for card orders can take up to two business weeks.  Please keep this in mind and plan your order deadlines accordingly.

If you wish to purchase RamCash Express Cards with personal funds, please visit the RamCard Office in 271 Lory Student Center or any of our RamCash Deposit Stations around campus!
