Allison/Spoons
At Allison, you’ll find Spoon’s, a local favorite to Fort Collins that features delicious homemade soups and salads for lunch, and a continental breakfast in the morning.  Allison is located near the center of campus, just north of the Lory Student center.


Braiden
Braiden features 5 stations in a state-of-the-art dining space. The ever-popular deli serves up custom toasted sandwiches, perfect for lunches in between your classes. Braiden also houses RamWich, an online ordering system for sandwiches, salads, sushi, and personal pizzas that you can order, grab, and then go. Braiden is located close to the heart of campus, just west of the Eddy building.


Corbett
The Corbett Marketplace has a variety of options including Tex-Mex, Sizzling Salads, a 100% vegetarian station, comfort foods and more. Corbett is located on the north side of campus, between Green Hall and Laurel Village, with the entrance on the side closest to Laurel Village.


Durrell
A LEED certified dining facility, Durrell features 7 unique dining stations, including an international station, make-your-own pasta bar, custom personal pizzas, an all-day waffle bar, and more. Durrell is located on the north-west corner of campus, north of Moby arena.


Durrell Express (DX)
DX is an express location that offers a variety of packaged sandwiches, salads, and sushi that are made fresh daily in house, as well as Bean Cycle™ local, organic, and fair trade coffee, homemade gelato, and an assortment of convenience store items. Students can also order customized cakes from DX for pick-up.  DX is located upstairs in the Durrell Center, just across from the entrance to Durrell Dining Center.


Parmelee
Adjacent to the Corbett Marketplace, Parmelee houses the “Ramshack” which features cook-to-order custom burgers, fries, and milkshakes. You can also find a gluten-free serving line, and Cucina di Strata featuring pizza, local pasta, wings, and garlic bread. Parmelee is also the future home of the new Kosher Bistro, coming soon.  Parmelee is located on the north side of campus, between Green Hall and Laurel Village, with the entrance on the side closest to Green hall.


Ram’s Horn at Academic Village
Our showcase facility, Ram’s Horn dining center features 8 different food venues including a Mongolian Grill, Tex-Mex station, pasta, deli, salad bar, and more. Additionally, Ram’s Horn has a smoker that features smoked proteins such as brisket, pork shoulder, turkey, tofu, and salmon.  Ram’s Horn is located on the south-west corner of campus between Edwards and Newsom Halls, in the Academic Village.

Similar to Durrell Express, this grab-and-go shop offers a variety of packaged sandwiches, salads, and sushi made fresh daily in house, as well as Bean Cycle™ local, organic, and fair trade coffee, smoothies, and an assortment of convenience store items.  REX is located right next to Ram’s Horn Dining Center.
