Aggie Village Lodgepole’s shared bedrooms are a great option for students interested in sharing a room with another student, like in the residence halls, with all the benefits of an apartment. Available in select one- and two-bedroom units, these rooms are offered at a lower price point than single-occupancy bedrooms of the same unit type.

Lodgepole shared bedrooms are only offered on the 9-month contract option. Contracts run from mid-August through mid-May only, and students will be billed for the entire semester’s housing in advance instead of monthly rent. Fall housing charges will be billed in late July and Spring housing charges will be in early January.

Furnishings

Each bedroom is furnished with two beds bunked together (twin extra-long), two desks, two end tables, one mobile storage cabinet, and two closet/wardrobe. To help accommodate both students, furniture layouts in shared bedrooms are reduced with limited options for rearrangement.  The rest of the apartment otherwise has the furnishings and appliances in similar units.

1-bedroom units have reduced-sized dishwashers, ovens, and washers/dryers. All other units have full-sized appliances.
