Step 1: Make sure you have DUO Two Factor Authentication setup. (it.colostate.edu/duo-two-factor-authentication)

Step 2: At least 3 business before you request your RamCard, make sure to update your name with the university if you plan to use preferred first name. (registrar.colostate.edu/change-my-information )

Step 3: Take and upload your photo to RamPix.

Tips:

Do:

• • Use a current photo
  • Make sure eyes are open
  • Use Google Chrome as your browser
  • Use desktop computer when submitting your photo

Don’t:

• • Take a photo outside or on a busy street
  • Don’t include other people in your photo
  • Use a photo with a lot of glare
  • Use any apps or photo filters

Step 4: Upload government-issued ID (More information can be found on our Get RamCard page).

Step 5: If you plan to pick up your RamCard in our office, don’t forget your government-issued ID to claim it. This is necessary even though you uploaded an image of your government-issued ID when you submitted your photo.
