At Colorado State University Residential Dining Services, our focus is on providing great food for everyone. We are known for creating and serving flavorful, safe, and freshly made food every day.
We skillfully serve tens of thousands of meals every single day to customers across a wide variety of options and services that include all-you-care-to-eat dining centers, Grubhub mobile ordering for dine-in/pick-up, Marketplace & Cafes, and self-service Mini Markets.
We support these needs by providing every staff member with culinary, allergy, and food safety training; offering diverse, inclusive menus that meet high standards and accommodate special dietary needs; committing to sustainability in alignment with CSU’s land-grant mission; and upholding transparency and accountability in everything we do.
Whether you are joining us as a first-year or returning student, faculty or staff member, or conference or event guest, you can Eat Well @ CSU.
All-You-Care-To-Eat
Dining Centers
All-you-care-to-eat dining centers, featuring rotating daily menus. A wide range of unique options are available at every location for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Menus based on dietary preferences/allergens, vegan/vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available. One meal swipe gets you entry into these facilities. If you would like to take a meal to go, just ask or swipe again after you eat for a to-go box!
The Foundry
Dine-in | Pick-Up
Inspired by a food hall, this all-you-care-to-eat dining center features eight micro-restaurants that offer a comfort station, pizza/build-your-own pasta, rotating food truck menu, vegan/vegetarian and grain bowl station, rotating international cuisine, tex-mex, and local ice-cream.
The Kosher Bistro is also located within, where patrons can enjoy kosher foods prepared by a certified Mashgiach, a kosher supervisor. The Kosher Bistro is certified by the Chabad Jewish Center of Northern Colorado.
Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Ram's Horn
Dine-in | Pick-Up
Eight different venue restaurants in an all-you-care-to-eat setting. The Mongolian grill is ever popular with build-your-own and daily stir fry. Other venues include World’s Fair with rotating international and tex-mex cuisine, the grill featuring in-house smoked items, the largest salad bar on campus with build-your-own grain bowls, and so much more.

Pitkin St. Pizzeria
Individual custom and specialty flatbread pizzas, large 16” New York Style Pizza with homemade sauce, and made fresh daily pizza dough.
Pitkin St. Eatery
Made-to-order Smash Burgers, grilled sandwiches, salads, chicken tenders, appetizers, drinks, and desserts. Halal-certified entrees are available here.
A La Carte
Dining Centers
A la carte dining locations offer individually priced menu items, giving you the flexibility to purchase exactly what you want using meal swipes or RamCash.
Durrell Center
Dine-in | Pick-up
Durrell Dining Center offers five unique restaurants with plentiful dining space for you to sit down to enjoy your meal, 7 days a week. The largest customizable salad bar on campus is available as a side or entrée at all restaurant locations. Order through Grubhub or the kiosks in Durrell to dine-in or pick up your order.
North Fork
Custom breakfast entrees including burritos, bowls, build-your-own parfait bar, and more are offered daily. Chef-inspired dinner creations are available Sunday-Thursday on a rotating basis.
Baked, Fired, Toasted (BFT)
Baked, Fired, Toasted is open for dinner and highlights crave-worthy, made-to-order flatbreads, chef-inspired daily pasta specials, and shareable appetizers perfect for starting your meal off right.
Bento Sushi
Asian-style entrees including poke bowls, Ramen, Tonkatsu, Udon, and other Japanese-style cuisines, Sunday – Friday.
DC Grill
Open for lunch and dinner daily serving your favorite burgers, sandwiches, entrée salads, rotating specials, entrée salads, and more. Halal certified entrees are available here.
Plum Street Eatery
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Plum Street Eatery serves focuses on clean and fresh flavors. Guests can enjoy house-pressed juices, protein-packed smoothies, and artisanal pastries from the CSU Bakery. They can also choose from made-to-order options, including build-a-bowls, handcrafted sandwiches, and fully customizable salads.

Are you on the move and need a quick bite? Our express locations are available for pick-up.
Marketplaces
and Cafés
Marketplaces offer students a variety of packaged sandwiches, salads, and entrees that are made fresh daily. These locations also offer full coffee bars with custom lattes, coffee, and tea drinks.
Mini Markets
Self-service Mini Markets are located at Braiden Hall and Ingersoll Hall. Shop for convenience items, then scan and pay on the go! Meal Plans, RamCash, Credit, and Debit are accepted.
