Village
University Village offers 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, leased by the unit (billed monthly) for single students and students with families. Though younger students can apply, priority for an assignment in the University Village is reserved for graduate students and undergraduate students who are at least 21 years old.
University Village offers community events for the whole family and an academically supportive environment for students. University Village has multiple playgrounds and community gathering spaces throughout the complex for residents to enjoy. University Village’s location in the popular Campus West neighborhood and frequent Transfort bus service make it a desirable location for residents.
