Three residence halls on the south side of campus – all featuring suite-style rooms. 640 students participate in the Honors and Engineering learning communities, while Aspen houses a mix of returning, transfer and Honors students.

With two residential learning communities:  ‘Key’ and Transfer Student Communities, Braiden is located on the south side of campus, and features suite-style rooms and the Braiden Dining Center.

Located on the north side of campus and the largest hall with 890 students, Corbett has suite-style rooms and is home to the Health & Exercise Science Community and Key Civic Community, as well as first-year and upper-division students from all majors.

One of two, 12-story residence halls with community-style rooms, Durward is located on the north side of campus and is home to 400 students, including the Leadership Development Community.

Home to 415 students, Edwards is on the south side of campus and features community-style double rooms. It also houses some students from the Honors and Engineering Learning Communities.

Ingersoll houses 415 students on the south side of campus, including the Equine Theme Community and a mix of first-year and upper-division students from all different majors in community-style double rooms.

With 400 first-year and upper-division students from all different majors, Newsom features community-style double rooms on the south-side of campus.

On the north-side of campus with suite-style rooms, Parmelee has 585 students, some living in the Global Village Community and Arts & Creative Expression Community. Parmelee also houses first-year and upper-division students from all majors.

Located on the south side of campus with suite-style rooms, Summit is home to 535 students and features the WCNR Sustainability Community, a Living Substance Free Community, a Transfer Community, and an Open Housing option.
