How to Apply

All applicants must have an eID to apply

  • CSU eID Information
  • Students can apply after admission with the university has been granted
  • Single undergraduate students, 23 years of age and younger, who have completed the First Year live-on requirement, can only live in Aggie Village

Pay the $350 apartment deposit

  • Pay with credit or debit card through a secure payment site
  • To pay using another method, complete the online application and contact Apartment Life to make the arrangement +1 (970) 491-4743

Apply early as applications are accepted year round

  • Application submission does not guarantee placement or roommate preferences

Apartment Assignments

  • Priority is determined by application submission date
  • Notification of assignment is made approximately 6-8 weeks prior to requested move-in date
  • CSU students are given priority assignments, followed by faculty/staff
  • Deposit is refundable to your CSU account at any time prior to assignment of an apartment
