How do I request my RamCard?

Schedule your in-office appointment at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/RamCardOffice@colostate.edu/bookings/ to get your RamCard.

I have my RamCard, why can’t I get it to work?

Once you receive your RamCard, you will need to activate it in order for it to be used across campus. To activate your RamCard go to myramcard.colostate.edu. Under ‘QUICK LINK’ select the button that says ‘Activate/Deactivate RamCard’ and login with your eID and password.

How do I contact the RamCard Office or schedule an appointment?

Visit ramcard.colostate.edu for information about office services or to schedule an appointment.

Where is the RamCard Office located?

The RamCard Office is in the Lory Student Center Room 271, across the hall from the Bookstore’s second floor entrance. Please remember we are open to the public on a scheduled appointment basis to help support public health guidelines. To schedule an appointment, visit ramcard.colostate.edu.

I lost my RamCard! What do I do?

If you need a replacement RamCard, please schedule an in-person appointment at https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/RamCardOffice@colostate.edu/bookings/ to get your RamCard. Be aware that there will be a fee associated with processing your request.
