How do I request my RamCard?

Start by visiting the RamPix portal at www.rampix.colostate.edu. At this site, you can upload your RamCard photo and verify your identification by scanning your U.S. government-issued ID or a passport from any country.

If you already have an approved RamPix photo submission, skip directly to the Adobe Sign link covered in the next question.

If I already submitted my photo, how do I verify my identification?

Visit Adobe Sign.

Why can’t I log in to Adobe?

Make sure you are using your “First.Last@colostate.edu” as your email address in order to get to the login screen. This will direct you to a Colorado State University single sign on screen where you will log in with your eName and ePassword. For best results, open the link from a Google Chrome Incognito browser page.

For more information on completing the Adobe Sign process, please refer to the walkthrough instructions.

I have my RamCard, why can’t I get it to work?

Once you receive your RamCard, you will need to activate it in order for it to be used across campus. To activate your RamCard go to myramcard.colostate.edu. Under ‘QUICK LINK’ select the button that says ‘Activate/Deactivate RamCard’ and login with your eID and password.

How do I contact the RamCard Office or schedule an appointment?

Visit ramcard.colostate.edu for information about office services or to schedule an appointment.

I lost my RamCard! What do I do?

If you need a replacement RamCard, please schedule an in-person appointment. Be aware that there will be a fee associated with processing your request. You do NOT need to complete RamPix or Adobe Sign.
