the Foundry

The Corbett/Parmelee Dining Center is undergoing major renovations to combine and modernize the dining center. The Foundry will open fall 2018. Learn more about the renovation project.

Features 8 different food venues including a Mongolian Grill, Tex-Mex station, pasta, deli, salad bar, smoked meats, and more.

DX is an express location that offers a variety of packaged sandwiches, salads, and sushi that are made fresh daily in house, as well as Bean Cycle™ local, organic, and fair trade coffee, homemade gelato, and an assortment of convenience store items.

Located in Braiden, RAMwich is an online ordering system for sandwiches, salads, sushi, and personal pizzas that you can order, grab, and then go.

Kosher Bistro

The Kosher Bistro is undergoing renovations and will become part of the Foundry in fall 2018. Please visit the Durrell Deli station, open 4 days a week (Monday – Thursday). Students can enjoy Kosher foods during lunch and dinner that are prepared by Residential Dining Service’s Rabbi, Yotam!
