These terms and conditions apply to the individual participant for whom the account is opened and the RamCard Office. This agreement governs the creation of a RamCash Account, which is an option available to students, employees, associates, and visitors of Colorado State University. RamCash Accounts are administered by the RamCard Office. These terms and conditions begin when the RamCash account is activated and ends when the account is closed. This account is non-transferable. Additional identification may be required to ensure that only the participant uses the account. The RamCard Office will determine the goods and services available for purchase with this account. The participant’s RamCard, RamCash Express Card, Conference Guest Card, or Library Community Patron Card will be the access device for the RamCash Account. The card or card number must be presented at the time of purchase and is the only means of accessing the participant’s account. Dormant accounts are defined as those accounts that have no transaction activity for at least twelve consecutive months and are held by participants who were not employed at CSU for at least the previous sixteen months, or were not enrolled as a Fort Collins CSU student during the four most recent terms -- the current term and previous three terms. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly account maintenance charge of $3.00, or the remaining account balance, whichever is smaller. The RamCash Account will be closed upon request or when the account has a zero balance. A processing fee of $25 or the amount remaining in the RamCash Account, whichever is less, will be charged to close any RamCash Account. Remaining balance refunds are processed via a credit transfer to the university account. Refunds requested by mailed check may take up to ten weeks for processing. If a participant’s identification number changes after execution of this agreement, RamCard Office must be notified as soon as possible. If the participant’s card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it should be reported to the RamCard Office immediately. Account activity must be suspended by calling the RamCard Office or by logging into one’s account at www.ramcash.colostate.edu. A fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost, stolen, or damaged card.
